[问题] 请问给宝宝断了奶,母亲如何回奶?

在国内据说到药店买炒麦牙冲水,断奶很管用,但不知道加拿大有没有卖这种东西的? 如果没有,大家都是如何回奶的? 现在胀的好痛呀! 先谢谢大家的回复!

you can call a chinese medicine doctor to ask chao mai ya. I called one last year, but I don't remember the phone number. You can find it on Chinese newspaper. Sorry I can not type Chinese here.
