maxium you can claim for one kid per year is $7000, the refund amount is depend on your income, should between $1500 to $2500.

是呀，我想政府是不赞成大家多生，因为政府的投放多。所以当人口不够时，就要移民好了，来的都是年轻力壮，有技术的。

Exactly, immigrants can start paying tax right away, where as new born babies need money to train them..arrgg...what a conspiracy!!

The daycare expense is used to deduct your income, just like RRSP contribution and moving expenses. So you can have an idea how much refund you could receive. By the way, only the person with lower net income can claim this deduction.
