I think if your marks are good, the universities which you apply to will automatically offer you entrance scholarship. The provincial government, and your previous high school will also automatically offer you scholarship when you graduate. I think they do that to make sure students with good marks won't quit school after they graduate from high school.

I think most people just automatically get notice for certain scholarships without applying for it. Universities that are less favored usually offer the larger amount of scholarships to attract good students.

If you don't get any scholarship offer when you receive the admission offer from university, you can still call their financial aids office and ask for scholarship applications. Each school has different scholarships and some of those are available only to a particular group of students, and you might need to make a statement that you are eligible, and then apply for it (ie. XXX scholarship for students from XXX city, XXX scholarship for students who were born in XXX, XXX scholoarship for students who study in XXX program and are from XXX culture, XXX scholoarship for students whose parents work in XXX company etc..)

There might be some private scholarships out there, but I suspect some of those might not be real.
