[问题] 孕吐反应特别厉害~一天至少吐一次~这样正常吗?
怀孕大概9周多,最近天天都吐,而且都是在下午4-6点吃晚饭前和晚上睡觉前吐.我看书上说吐的太厉害不好,所以我能忍就忍,但是还是每天会吐一次.
本来以为是饿了就会想吐,所以感觉不舒服,就马上吃东西,可是还是不行,吃完就全吐了~ 本来养胎应该心情舒畅的,才对胎儿好,可是我天天都病秧秧的,难受的什么都不想做. 想问问姐妹们这样正常吗?我最怕影响胎儿,听说吐的太厉害会有可能流产.有没有什么方法可以减轻孕吐反应? |

妊娠早期,大约停经6周左右,约有半数妇女会感到头晕,乏力,倦怠耆睡,并且食欲减退.有些人可能出现恶心,呕吐.其症状多在清晨或胃内空虚时发生,不能闻油腻味或其他异味,否则呕吐立即发作.这些都是生理性妊娠发应,一般在妊娠3个月后自然消失.
早孕发应的对策: 1.多睡眠,注意休息,避免劳累,保持经常呼吸新鲜空气. 2.保持精神愉快. 3.不断改进烹调方法以增进食欲.挑选易消化,清淡可口的食品,少吃多餐. 4.避免异味刺激,像炒菜味等. 5.不要缺水分.因体内有害物质可以从尿中排出.当妊娠反应消失后,就不必过多饮水,以免引起浮肿. 6.多吃蔬菜,保持大便通畅. |

Hi sisters, be strong.list all my problems after having baby.
1. Morning sick.For me is whole day sick, I am in 28 weeks now, still taking the medicine to keep the food down, tried to stop medicine few times, but I will throw up everything within half hour. 2. My nose bleeding everyday since first month. 3. I can not sleep well since the third month, having nightmare or can not sleep, every night until now! But my baby girl is so active inside of me now, I just count by my fingers, Ok, three month to go! But my sister she didn't have any problem at all. so.... cheer up! |

Add another big problem for me.
4. Constipation, I didn't see anyone said this problem, but for me,it is a big time. I am suffering everyday.Tried medecine and some kind of food , sometimes work, sometimes doesn't work! Could someone tell me anything can help me? Thanks a lot! |
