我就给女儿做婴儿食品基本用一个公式：做好的米饭，几种菜，肉（猪肉，鸡肉，鱼肉），用很少的水加清鸡汤煮，加大概1-2毫克的盐，不放任何其他调料。熟了以后用blender打成糊。再大点就不打了，煮的时间也相对缩短，好增加咬劲。

我儿子那时是吃瘦肉，鸡胸肉或者鱼肉煲汤煮饭/粥，将煮好的菜，饭，肉打烂就可以了，只放小小的盐，后期就放cottage cheese了。瘦肉，鸡胸肉都要先飞水。
