都不能直接找，没有家庭医生，就要去walk in clinic，然后让那里的医生给你推荐去Dr. Farrell。通常最早3个月才能见到产科医生，要做IPS。

The Integrated Prenatal Screen(IPS) is a 2 part test that will tell you about your chance of having a baby with Down syndrome,trisomy 18 & neural tube defects.It's available to All pregnant women,regardless of their age.

Part 1: 2 steps between 11 & 14 weeks of pregnancy. Step 1-Ultrasound to measure the thickness of the fetal neck(NT- Nuchal Translucency). Step 2 - Blood test.

Part 2: Blood test collected at 16 weeks of oregnancy and sent with the Middle Copy of the requisition.
