听说过“港澳华人旅游协会”举办的抽奖的事吗？
我说说我的经历：
大约一个月前，有个小姐打电话来问我有没有听过港澳华人旅游协会这个名称，我说没有，于是她就解释这是什么什么的。然后又不定时的打了几个电话过来问候呀什么的。
直到4月25日左右打电话告诉我说这个协会要于4月28日星期一下午3：00－5：00在渥太华的哪个公园（不记得是那个了）举办集会，请我参加，说是这个协会想要扩大影响，在渥太华设分公司什么的，在集会上有抽奖，还跟我确认了我的名字和电话，说这是抽奖的依据。我说有空就过去。后来没空也就没去。
昨天4月29日她打电话来报喜，说我中了二等奖，还说我那天怎么没去，广播播了很多遍了。然后告诉我说二等奖有88万港币，折合加币11。5万，不用交税，说是他们帮交的，我听了当然非常高兴，就问她要怎么办理。她就说他们会计部门会处理，要我告诉她我在加的银行帐号就可以了。后来会计部的一位林小姐给我打电话和我核对一下我的信息：名字，电话，银行帐号。告诉我说她会很快的帮我办理好的。
今天4月30日，接到林小姐的电话：根据“海外信托合约公文”，超过50万港币的国际汇款要担保（忘了是说律师要还是会计师要），他们有个共同的帐号，要我用国际汇款汇4500美金到这个帐号。我说就在我那二等奖的11。5万里面扣就可以了，何必再汇过去这么麻烦；不然就先汇50万港币过来，然后我再汇4500美金过去，她说奖金是一整笔的，无法分开来；。。。最后我说没有见到钱在我的帐号里，我是不可能汇什么钱过去的。。。。她说：好吧，那你和你朋友确认一下，再去办理吧。然后挂掉电话。
哦，忘了说了，打电话报喜的叫：汪文丽 电话：852－3019－8260； 852－3019－7770。会计部的叫：林玉茹 电话：852－3019－8272

我问她们知不知到保险局的电话等任何联系方式, 林玉茹说不知到. 还叫我买张飞机票到香港九龙迷敦道610荷李活中心18楼A座 港澳华人旅游协会 她们公司问......

她们说总共有三位二等奖获得者. 不知到第三位朋友是否真给她们汇钱去了.

这种类似的骗局已是很久以前就发生过的了，最容易受骗的就是长者们。不一定是骗你的钱，但是可以用你的账户洗黑钱。

我也中奖了!恭喜恭喜!我也刚收到电话说我中了二等奖在5月6日的堪培拉.真傻,还以为是真的,打算把钱捐给四川的灾民.圣经有句话说得好"不劳而得之财,必然消耗;勤劳积蓄的,必见加增".

我妻子收到一模一样的电话，唯一不同的是打电话的小姐叫江惠。我妻子给港澳华人旅游协会指订的帐户转帐了8000加元。我得知此事后给这个协会及收款银行打了无数次电话。目前毫无结果。我正在与警察局取得联系。有没有同样被骗的人？我们可以一起去报警。

I, too, received several phone calls for this deal. I received a phone call about 4 weeks ago for a resort survey. This company had several vacation resorts in Japan, Hong Kong, Canada, Malasia and two other countries. They were about to build another resort in Parde Island National Seashore in Corpus Christi in TX, USA. They asked me to memorize my survey/interview ID. About 2 weeks later, they asked me to participate in a ceremony and asked me to go. Of course, I couldn't go because it's a 9 hours drive. They appologized for the incovenience and asked me to watch a Chinese channel for broadcast. 2 days later, which was last week, they contacted me and said that I won a third prize worth 70,000 Hong Kong money/$90300. I didn't believe, but the way those young women talked made you believe it's real.
They wanted me to take the vacation trip within 2 weeks, and I told them it's not possible for me to pack and go, so they suggested getting cash for reward.

We went through taking the bank routing number and account number and submitted to a "Director" for process. Indeed, the Director called back a couple of days later, and with an urgent tone, she explained the process and asked me to wire $4786 for wiring insurance.

They couldn't answer all my questions. I called my bank, and they said there was no such thing about "insurance". The number they gave me are 011852-3063-3676 and 011852-6062-0376.

I am glad I found this site because I am about to render my $4786. If any of you need proof, I recorded the conversation with a woman named Chang Sing. I am more than happy to provide a copy of the recording to you so you're not a victim. If you have any idea whom I can give it to to stop this crime, I can provide that recording. Thanks for starting this discussion. And, by the way, every time I was having conversations with them, there was always another phone call they needed to take. They purposelu wanted me to hear the other conversation and made me to believe it's a real deal and they were processing other's cases.
