Depends on what you want. I think Brookside is not a bed location, very close Hway ( 5 minutes away), close Kanata Hitech companies.

but there is not park there( maybe have a small park) , the lot size small, close train track... even once a day, I still don't like it.
another issue is radon gas...

Monarch is a good builder. A little bit expensive than others.

It seems not to be a hot spot to invest right now, but rather a spot to live a quiet country style life for a while.
