Does anyone have an idea about CELPIP and IELTS? I just wonder which one is better and how to prepare for the test? I also want to have some information about the registration.
For IELTS, we have to fill out this application form (http://www.ielts.org/_lib/pdf/1969_IELTSappForm05.pdf), and send it with application fees to the following address, right?

Thanks a lot. Anyone has an idea about the difficulty level???
