请教申请母亲来探亲都需要办那些手续? 我是移民,(还未入籍),现在OU读MASTER. 能不能成功都想试一下. 母亲不想常呆,只想来看看.(我母亲以前有美国的探亲签证).请知情者给提供一些信息.多谢!

There are some requirements about what need to be included in the letter , such as why, when, where to live and who will support travel, expenses, health insurance etc. Check that website.
In my understanding, the best reason is you miss your mother and so does she.
You need documents to convince the visa officer that your mother is financially able to travel and would not stay illegally after.
e.g. her stable income in China, a house or car, her career or social status, other children, a letter from her boss......

Invitation should include:

• Date of birth.
• The person’s address and telephone number.
• Your relationship to the person being invited.
• The purpose of the trip.
• How long the person you are inviting intends to stay in Canada.

Your letter must also include the following information about yourself:

• Address and telephone number in Canada.
• Occupation.
• Whether you are a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
• A photocopy of a document proving your status in Canada. For instance, a Canadian birth certificate if you were born in Canada or a Canadian citizenship card if you are a naturalized citizen. 1. Notice of Assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for the inviter and the inviter’s spouse;

我邀请我父母亲来加探亲，只提供我的 Notice of Assessment， 不提供我的spouse的Notice of Assessment可不可以？（因我和老婆都工作 且我们分开报税。）

2. If employed, employment letter showing salary for the inviter and the inviter’s spouse;
同样问题，只提供我的，不提供我的spouse的employment letter可不可以？

如果是我的话， 我会提供配偶的。 因为探亲签证不像移民， 在移民申请里， 如果想多看材料， 他们会找你要。 而探亲就是一锤子买卖， 看一眼， 满意就给你， 不满意就不给。 你没机会补充的。

如果你自己收入已经够担保你父母移民了， 比如收入5万6万之类的， 也许不提供配偶的也能合格。 如果收入不高， 还是搭配上配偶的吧。 借用担保移民的最低收入线来比较一下吧。

不知道楼主在哪里签,北京最近签证拒签率很高.70%. 所以鉴于此,请尽量准备充分多的材料递交.否则,一锤子定音,想改都来不及了....
