Quoted from Canada Revenue Agency General Income Tax and Benefit Guide 2007, page 11.

“Can you file a return to claim a refund for a previous year?

We will only consider a request relating to a refund for a previous tax year return that you are filing late if the return is for a tax year ending in any of the 10 calendar years before the year you make the request. For example, a request made in 2008 must realte to the 1998 or a later tax year to be considered.

If you are filing a return for a year before 2007, make sure you attach receipts for all deductions or credits you are claiming.”

你今年（2008）可以报1998 到2007年的税。
