小的9月8日来加培训，现在渥太华，原定10月中旬回去。现家人在国内出车祸了，着急赶回去，来时已在国内买好联程机票，即10月13日渥太华-温哥华-北京，其中渥太华-温哥华是加航的飞机，温哥华-北京是国航的飞机。请问各位大大如何改签？我打电话问加航，他们说这个机票是国内出的，必须找国航的改，国航又说在机场可以改，把我搞晕了，不知道到底咋办？

I think you need to call the agency in China who issue the air ticket and ask them to change for you, I have the same case a few years ago, and I want to change my ticket in HK but end up I need to call someone in Ottawa to call the Air Canada in here, you tell them the reason then they will make it more fast. Good luck!
