I have a very decent 2-bedroom spacious apartment (with a big balcony) at St. Laurent and Russel, near to shopping mall, bus station just downstairs, most important, the management is CLV Group, very good managed apartment building, super clean, newly renovated, exercise room just downstairs, outdoor swimming pool, park and tennis court just at backyard.

It's on 7th floor, the building is 12-story in total.

I like this apartment a lot, but I have to move out of Ottawa because I changed my job.

The apartment will be available on June 1st , the lease will end at September 31th. The rent is 989$ officially, but I would like to ask 900$, that includes everything, utility and parking. You have the freedom to renew the lease if you like it after 3 month stay here.
