The apartment is available on May,15. If you wish to move in on the 15th, the first 15 days is free. So you only have to pay for June, July, August. But you must take over the lease first. You also need to pay the last month's rent to us if you decide to takeover. (We already paid the last month's to the landlord)

some of the furnitures can be for you to use and keep for free, but we won't be returning at the end of August. If you decide to
acquire those furnitures, you will have to dispose the furniture (give
away or sell) when you decide to leave the apartment in the future.

Furnitures includes: dinner table, coffee tables, the wooden chairs,
computer desk, tv stand, futon in the living room.

To clarify, this will be a lease takeover for our contract (to August 31,
2008). If you decide to stay for a longer period, you may extend the
contract with our landlord. If not, then the contract just runs out at the
end of August and you will not be oblige to anything after.
