中国的酸辣汤分以下几大派系： 1．北方的： 酸出自陈醋，辣乃胡椒。将鸡蛋摊成皮，切丝。 和木耳丝．鸡蛋丝．黄花菜．鱿鱼丝等略一炒香，入水。 开后加入陈醋．胡椒，煮出香味后勾芡。 出锅时点两滴香油！ 呵呵，流口水了吗？ |

最大特色是它的酸，那是别人学不来的 因为它用的是－－发酵的野生蕃茄。 辣－－泡野山椒。 做法：将碎猪肉用放少许油炒香，加入发酵的野生蕃茄和泡野山椒略翻一下。加水 煮开！ 哈哈哈＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊ 没吃过吧！ 贵州的酸汤鱼做法和这个可有点像哦，那可是一等一的美味！ |
