是的，麻烦有。最大的就是大米有点粘，不好报。
希望可以请教其他做寿司的大师，也许他们有好办法。

嗯~谢谢~我记得有人说大米用旧的比较好~新的很容易粘~而且水和米的比例好象是9:10,就是水要比平常少一些~这样水分不是那么多~米自然会干一点~因为过后还要拌进寿司醋呀~

我前几天在图书馆借了一本名为<<百变寿司DIY>>的书~里面的创意很不错~
