#家常豆腐#做法如下：
材料：豆腐一块，黄瓜半根，胡萝卜一根， 虾仁12左右，葱半根，淀粉，水，生抽酱油， 豆油和香油等少许，糖，盐适量。 1 豆腐切成片，厚度自定。黄瓜，胡萝卜也切成相应的菱形薄片。葱切小段。 2 少许淀粉将豆腐包裹，放油锅里，炸成金黄色捞出。用剩余的油将虾仁炸一下，也捞出。 3 再将国内放少许油，待油热后放入葱花，胡萝卜片，翻炒。 4 最后将豆腐放入，淋少许酱油，盐，糖，湿淀粉。放黄瓜和虾仁。继续翻炒，最后淋香油。即可出锅。 |

在loeb买的豆腐，这种豆腐的软硬程度很适合做家常豆腐。 至于牌子忘了，loeb只有那一种豆腐，真空包装的。一块大概是2。49左右。 |
