发面：
1 放面，水，和发酵粉。 2 放水，搅合均匀，要保证“三光”，即手光，面光，盆光。 3 过一宿，待面发起来为好。 和馅： 1 放肉馅，大量的葱末和姜末。搅拌。放入芹菜。放入拌馅粉。 2 放酱油，品尝咸淡，然后添加少量的盐。搅拌。 3 在另外一只锅中烧油，待油热后，浇在已经和好的肉馅上。 4 如果有香油放点更加。 包包子：将面弄成厚片，把馅放到里面，即可。 蒸包子：将包子放在笼屉上，待水开以后，继续蒸10-15分钟。 现在可以吃了！！！！！祝大家好胃口！！！！！！！！！！！ |
