可乐鸡翅

材料：首先把速冻鸡翅用水泡开，洗净。准备葱、姜、蒜、可乐等配料。

制作：
1、锅内加水烧开，下入鸡翅煮至白色，出锅。

2、加入些许油烧热，放入葱、姜、蒜炒出香味，再放入鸡翅炒至金黄，倒入可乐，可乐漫过鸡翅即可。

3、小火炖至收汁，即可出锅。

特点：颜色红润、味道鲜美。
