1.准备3-4个蒜瓣，姜块，葱，少许花椒粒，2个八角，豆瓣酱，酱油（最好是老抽生抽，各放一些）鸡精，少许的料酒，花生（不好说放多少，我做的时候放了一小碗）自己做的时候适量放吧。 2.先把豆瓣酱用热油翻炒一下（油不要多）加猪肘炒3-5分钟。然后加水，放事先准备好的调喂料（除了葱）。这个时候把花生放进去。煮一个小时到一个半小时，最后加葱（注意出锅的时候水要煮干）。 |
