的糖葫芦
雪连天做的糖葫芦
材料: 糖:白糖枫糖都可以; 一种小红果子,挺酸无核,超市很常见,我明天查下名字,当然有山楂最好; 竹签; 做法: 1、准备一锅/盆凉水(用来冷却); 2、用竹签串好果子,考虑到上浆方便,别太长; 2、熬糖浆:和凉水2:1的比例,我做20串大约用半1cup水;开中火,糖液熬至用勺子倒下时象蜂蜜一样粘,或者滴几滴到冷水锅里,如能凝结成不粘手的糖珠就正好; 3、调小火力但尽量保持糖液温度(凉了会凝固霜化,就象挂霜腰果的样子),给串好的果子上浆,注意均匀但别太厚,否则粘牙;串好一串马上浸入冷水中凝固,10秒左右即可; 4、可以吃了,不过个人感觉放在户外冻半小时以上口感更好; 附件: |

散尾葵的小牛油蛋糕
2 3/4 cup flour 1 tbs baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamen(不喜欢的可以少加) 3/4 cup butter 1cup suger 3 eggs 1 cup milk (可以改成果汁) 具体做法如下: 1、将BUTTER室温后与糖(我用红糖)打成发泡后,依次加入蛋黄打匀; 2、将BAKING POWDER ,SALT CINNAMEN AND FLOUR 放在一个容器中; 3、将MILK(喜欢蛋糕颜色黄一点的可把MILK的量改成果汁) 和2 分次加入到1中,进行轻轻搅拌;把蛋白打一下,轻轻搅入1。 装入盛器中,加上自己喜欢的NUTS 或别的,375度,18分钟左右(跟据你的盛器) 如果做平的蛋糕,可以在上面加上(苹果和枫糖煮熟冷却)再加一点奶油。 以上方法参考SAQ杂志中的枫糖苹果蛋糕,自己跟据实践有所改动。需要香味的话可以放一点食用香精。 http://www.comefromchina.com/newbbs/...hreadid=358019 附件: |

Peggy's 菠萝曲奇
Pineapple rum cookies(2 1/2dozen) 2 cups AP flour 1 1/2 baking powder ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp baking soda 2/3 cup shortening 1 cup brown sugar ¼ cup granulated sugar(可略) 2 eggs 1 cup chopped pineapple, well drained 1 tsp rum extract(optional) • Preheat oven to 400F • Sift flour, baking powder and soda • In large bowl, cream shortening. Add brown and granulated sugars; beat until smooth. Add eggs, one at a tine, pineapple and rum extract, beating well after each addition. Mix in sifted dry ingredients, blending thoroughly. • Drop very small spoonfuls of batter onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 mins. When done, carefully transfer cookies to wire rack and let cool. 附件: |
