breadmaker is great, very easy to use. We put ingredients in at night, set the delayed timer and have freshly baked bread in the morning.

面包机只是用来和面的,面活好了以后要拿出来放台子上或者盆子里醒着,尤其是发面的东西。我的机器很旧,相对来说活的面少一点,不过可以一次作20多个馅饼,大小嘛,我下面有个帖子,里面很多东西都是用我那个老旧的机器弄出来的,包括芹菜馅饼。你可以去看看,参考参考。http://www.comefromchina.com/newbbs/...hreadid=313712

Breadmaker CAN 发面, with the help of yeast, but usually not to the desired level, you still need to let the dough sit and rise.
I usually let the dough relax(醒)twice: once when the dough cycle finishes, and once after I make the buns, but before putting them in the steamer. It also depends on your ingredients: I find that if I use milk instead of water, then I can skip the 2nd relax time. 引用:
