I was looking all over for this post, and only found out that it's been stuck on top.
![]() Conan, was it hard to stuff the sausage casings? It took us about 2 hours to stuff only about 5 lbs of sausages, the casings are so thin, so easy to get ruptured. Is there any trick or tips? |

I added a little bit of oil to the marinated pork, and voila, the stuffing was much smoother. We were able to finish off the remaining 10 lbs in about 1 hour. Your recipe did mention oil but we didn't think it was necessary at first, I guess we should have listened to the expert.
