You can get a decent steamer easily in any store these days. Because steamed food is much healthier, many stores carry steamers now. Even bamboo steamers are widely available now.

One thing that always annoyed me was the smell of 蒸笼屉布, so I substitue that with silicone coated parchment paper, works much better.

是呀,现在是好多了.我是6年前拎回来的,那会儿这里可挑的不多...

silicone coated parchment paper 什么样子呀? 是类似于BAKING SHEET 的东西么? 我也不喜欢屉布的味道, 而且还老得洗..

I don't bake, so I don't know what is baking sheet. But parchment paper is primarily used for baking.
