Job Description

• Maintain, modify and customize the back end of our rewards engine based on client and internal requirements
• Advocate and promote the use of Rational Software development principles including the development of Requirements
Specification Documents, Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UML Diagrams.
• Take pride in accurately scoping project requirements and delivering on time
• Support and promote our company brand at every opportunity

Qualifications
• Proven leadership & motivational skills in a team atmosphere
• Have a minimum of 1-3 years experience with PHP5/PHP OOP, MVC, MYSQL, JavaScript/CSS/DOM, XML and a strong grasp of W3C HTML standards
• Strong understanding of ORM using Propel is an asset
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Design patterns
• Experience with Change Management and Version Control Systems an asset
• Experience with Apache/Linux is required
