就是问下在丹麦的硕士，去加拿大读博士，一般能申请成功么？还有学费怎么样？博士的学费大概多少一年？还有资金担保需要多少？最好是温哥华那里的学校。。

As for OU (EE), it depends on two conditions:
1. whether he can pass the minimum admission requirements of OCIECE; and
2. whether he can find a prof who would like to supervise him.

Around 13,000 canadian dollars per year (tuition fees) are required for international graduate students. If his score is high enough, i.e. at least 85/100 or above 9/10, he would have a good chance to be granted Admission Scholarship that consequently waives him at least 7,000 canadian dollars per year.
