Good day everybody.

I just had a chat with the program manager regarding the effect of the strike on our
session.

At this point there are two options:

1) We meet together oat a conveined date, before the end of the winter session and we
do the workshop. I am available to do this only on weekends. The weekend of Easter
(from the 25th to the 28th of March) is not an option. The weekend after, I am on duty
at the mill, so I am not available. So remains the last three weekends of april.

2)We replace the workshop by an individual homework


Personnally, I would prefer the option 1, even though it means working as a benevolent
as I am concerned. But to go with option 1, we need everybody's approval. If we can't
reach an agreement on this, the option 2 will apply. Tomorrow, the students will vote
again on the strike. After this vote, the University will take a position. Depending of the
issues, we will know if we will be allowed to have a supplemental course or not. Could
you send me your choice of option for friday night plaese. I'll give you the result of the
poll and the choosen option on saturday morning. Have a good weekend!
