曾在网上看过对chantal的正面评价，上过她的accounting和plan后，觉得不尽然。
因为每次授课内容安排得比较紧凑，她一般不喜欢在课堂上回答学生的问题，否则，时间不够。看来她的risk management做得还不够。如果你某一环节有疑问，而且涉及到后面相关环节的话，你只好等下课后再一并解决了。
另外，她的理论水平，个人感觉比不上Yanik,而且当你指出她的不对的地方时，她无话可说，却也不虚心接受，这一点又比不上Michel;授课水平自然是比不上Collin，比Yanik也还差一些。也许她的长处，在于什么都不是很精，但什么都会一点。

你以为进了uqo就跟抱着金砖一样啊，多少人读了博士还打labor工？多少人回国找不到工作，在家成海带？人家凭什么给你2万的工资，就因为你有所谓的洋学历？理想是一回事，现实是另外一回事。

教课呢，Colin就是套路特别熟，道理却讲不出来，不信你问他个问题看看。这在研究生教育中是很不够的。而chantal可以讲出很多道理来，说明有一定的功力，好比练武，colin就会套路，还挺熟，但是没有功力。

另外，Chantal最让人佩服的地方，就是能把复杂的东西用简单的教学方法教会你。如果上过Chantal会计课的，相信会有比较深刻的体会。

相对而言，Colin就是局限于自己的思路和小算法。真正涉及原理了就讲不明白了。

First, the management skill
second, change the mind.
third, Open your eyes.
Fourth, improve salary.

If you don`t think so, why do you come to UQO.

one example: Before one came to Canada, his salary was more than 1万.

what is 理想? Just kids talk the 理想.

we should consider what we can learn and what we can do.

By the way, I am sure that I can get the offer more than 2万.It is not a big deal.

Are you assuming most people earned more than 10K/month before they came to Canada? If you do a research, you might be disappointed. Or,You think a master degree in Project Management makes a big difference? The truth is that most of the 海归 ask for high salary just because studing abord had cost them a lot. They thought they deserved a reward. I saw some people, either have master or have doctor degree, couldn't find a professional job and finally had to work in factory or operate a deparneur.
The word 海带 is not created by me, it comes from the reality that people graduated from abroad couldn't find a job with expected salary.
Yes, I am taking the MPM becasue I hope I could have a better future. But I don't think I could easily find a good job with the satisfied salary as high as 20k/month just because of 2 year's study,but without any experience in PM.

Chantal 算不错的，她的讲解很细，有点象给本科生上课。

好像她自己的公司开张以后在教学上就有点敷衍了，讲义也有些过时了，不知现在怎样。

她好像同时教好几门课，还要打理自己的公司，当然忙不过来。

在讲到计算Total float 和Free float的时候，一般都是直接在PERT图上直接计算的，这样既直观又不容易错，可是她却教大家另设表格来计算，然后把幻灯片翻来翻去，找successor和precessor关系。我不理解那么简单明了，且国内国外都使用的方法，她却为何不用。
