当时没发现，第二天才发现的，不是很严重。不知道是否需要报保险公司，会涨保险吗。如果报保险公司的话，已经过了好几天了，还来得及吗

If you wanna claim for it (Hit and Run), you'll need to pay the min. deductible amount. So if you can fix it for less than the deductible amount,I suggest you fix it yourself to save you some $$$. And no, your premium won't increase cox it's not your fault.
