What is the different between the service dealer provides and the service a normail service station provides?

Regarding services, there is no big deal. The important thing is what oil they use.

A regular service garage can also use very good oil if you are willing to pay (around $65, the cheapest could be as low as $23).

$65 should include synthetic+filter+labor, still a bit expensive.

5l synthetic around $30 at Walmart
