本人于两周前第一次下大雪时，由于路面滑，轻轻碰了一辆Honda车尾，只造成轻微刮痕一线（长不过4寸，很细的一条线，要仔细看才看得出）。 当时车主抄了我的车牌号，要了我的电话就离开了。（也没叫警察）
今天打电话来说，Honda车行估价要500多修理。
不知道这估价合理吗？
象这样当时没有任何方面来勘查现场，她找保险公司有用吗？
如果公对公，我的保险大概会涨多少？

不必着急，下面是我的个人观点，未必正确，仅供参考：

500多虽然不少，但似乎还在合理范围内；

修理费，可能你还是私了比较好，如果公对公，不仅你的保费会涨，没准500还是你掏，具体金额取决于你的保险中Deductible，保险collision所cover的你自己要先100%承担的部分。

500？正常，还不算太贵，以前我的Civic出过类似事情，paint一下车尾的bumper就是500块钱，还是不报保险公司的价钱。像这种情况，给他500大元，私了好了，省得保险公司涨你的保费，但是给钱的话一定要对方签字，保证一笔交清，以后不会再来找你的麻烦。

If you had the same situation in the future, I meant if someboby hits your vehicle by accident, don't just ask his/her phone number and plate number if the damage is serious. Nobody is going to admit the responsibility late if you let him go. You need his DL number, Insurance number, as well as a draw signed by him before he can leave.

And, 500bucks is pretty much a cost for replacing a new bumper for most small car. I don't think it will cost that much based on your description. Try using $100 to solve the problem or having your own technician estimate the cost. Don't claim to your insurance for this small thing. Your insurance company will force you double payback. Good luck!
