想买个5 年左右新 的 VAN, Honda Odyssey 或 Toyota Sienna, 价格在1-1.5 万。 但拿不定主意买那一种， 想请大家参谋参谋这二种车型的优缺点。

Get the wow price from them, you will be amazed.

My buddy imported one brand new blue Sienna LE from them this Jan. He saved about $10k CAN at least and is very happy with it. (I don’t know how much you can save now due to the new exchange rate and new Toyota lower price). He got the quote online, and hard wired money through bank.

Once the money was acknowledged, he flew down with first flight in the morning and drove back home in his new van. He spent one night at hotel in Syracuse due to boarder crossing office hours. Once he arrived home, I helped him fax back the document, I didn’t check the details. Second day dealership emailed him the no-outstanding-recalling clearance report then he went get his Ontario license plate.

Is it the same procedures for importing a used car form States.

For the procedure importing used cars I have no idea. You will need to check with the Canadian authority.

For $7k difference, you might want to get a brand new one.

The States have Lemon law; we do not in Ontario yet. Alberta has just passed the legislation that is what I heard on the news. If you find one vehicle worth considering, you can request its identity to verify if it was stolen, involved in any major accident/s, flood, or it was ever declared Lemon etc. By the way, do NOT buy a Lemon.
