买TAMARACK的房子值吗？请多赐教[请求]

看了TAMARACK的房子，布局不错，窗多。

可它的价格比同等房子在CLARIGE的高3-4万。而配制差不多。

有哪为前辈买过TAMARACK的房子吗？他家的质量如何？售后服务好吗？有没有欺骗顾客的不良行为啊？
不知道买他家的房子是否物有所值？

请多赐教

Ottawa is still an oligopolistic market, in other words, you don't really have many choices. Unless you are willing to pay big bucks, the quality of your house is based purely on chances. Besides, different people have different opinions, listening to it may be even more confusing than just doing the research on your own. Anyway, just my 2 cents.

I did not do much investigation, but According to my co-workerz(not chinese), TAMARACK is his first recommandation, and another is Tartan. I don't want to mislead people, he said minto is his last choice.

But Why did someone set fire on their modelhouses several times (2?) in few years? Is it because their houses are so good that someone wanted it on fire?

说实在的两三年前我们买房子的时候，TAMARACK的房子又便宜，基本配置又高，就是它没有占到几个位置好的区开发…
然后就是俺家领导就是不能接受他们的外形设计风格，他说他们所有的房子在外面，尤其是正脸看都象纸模型…

所以俺们那时候没考虑

过去看过CLARIDGE的房子，他们的基本配置比TAMERACK低。不过，这是好几年前的事了，不知道现在怎么样。TAMARACK和TARTAN很多时候一起开发。TAMARACK的基本配置比TARTAN高一点，房子就贵1万左右。一般，出一份钱，买一分货。

MINTO的房子，配置低大家都知道。升级后，可能多的钱都会出。MINTO最出名的大
概就是隔温的BLACKJOE。MINTO的好处是，很多时候开发快，小区成熟的快一些。TAMARACK是小一点的开发商，所以小区建筑的时间要长一些。认识的人中，买了TAMERRCK的都比较满意。只是售后服务，有的等的时间比较长。我们的是TARTAN，也有类似的问题。
