Does any body have idea about the house builder, Campanale Homes? Especially for the model Sorento I in Barrhaven. The single house is 3 bedroom, double garage and about 1868 sq.ft. The price is $about 250,000 with 5000 bonus. Do you think it is a good house to buy? Thanks.

I don't have any personal experience with this particular builder, actually I've never even heard about it. However it's almost impossible to give any comment without knowing some basic stats or actually seeing the picture of the house.

My house is Campanale one. Campanale is really small company. the quality and service is not perfect, but not bad comparing to other builders like minto.

Campnale is a small locale builder. I bought its house. Service and quality is so so. The price is also a little lower than other builder. You need balance these factors by yourself. Any builder has pros and cons, it's up to you to select. Otherwise they will disappear from the market.
