如果可以的?╋ what is the range we can usually get? 怎?跟the builder/sales 真呢?

讨价还价那要看个人的本事，具体怎么说，也是各人有个人的风格和方式。
比如我们小区的一位邻居，就能把End Unite 的lot premium给bargin掉了，而俺们多数人都老老实实几千上万的交这份钱，想必跟这位老兄本身是大商场里家具部的个salesman有些关系的吧。
再有，公司也不同，比如Minto最牛，那sales直接跟俺讲，do not never ever think about bargin with Minto... ...如果是这种情况，那就是人家卖家说了算了。

Basically, if you have more than two options with simular quality and size, and you can show them the lower price.
Second, give the whole package: add all things you want, then ask for the package price.if they did not agree, remove the things not very desired.

We did this way, and cut a lot.
Our package is ( Baseprice + about 13500 Upgrade) final price is (Base price - 5000).
That time, they offerred 10000 bonus, so we cut around 8500.

Of couse 期房.If it is INVENTORY, you will accpet all exist features, how can I list all my want into the package.


normally it can be done in 6 months, but I give them 7 months just in case some reasons cause the delay.

I want to add a half wall in the living room, the estimated price for that is $750. The price quoted (from Richcraft) for central air is $2400, hardwood floor is $6,000, an extra cable outlet is $104, raised fireplace is $500, everything costs money even just move a door back-in a little bit.

1. Re-consider your half wall at living room, for your resale.
2. Normally hardwood floor is standard in Richcraft home.
3. AC could be installed after your move-in.
4. extra cable outlet is $104, normal. It is not Richcraft's fault, it is sub-contractor.
Any change will cost you.
