运河边上那些楼里(比如OU南边那一溜吧，2-BR，3-40万吧

你上www.mls.ca上看看？卖房广告什么的也是参考价格的地方。

我原来想买condo的, 省事. 可是看来看去, 我只买得起那种很小的 2-bedroom, 而且location和view都一般的, 跟租apartment也没大区别. 所以最后买了townhouse.

嗯，那些贵的apartment condo, condo fee就要赶上租个apartment的费用了。真的不如买个freehood townhouse住了。-----不过，有的condo townhouse condo fee 也不算高，比如DLM家的那个。

I was discouraged from looking at the mls site because those apartment condos listed are far from my ideal and are not cheap either. My initial goal was to buy a 2-bedroom apartment 'cause I'm lazy and I don't want to burden myself with yardwork, the more I think about it now though, maybe I should turn to townhouse instead.

It's a resale condo. They bought it last year.
New condos are usually priced to start in the 300K.
