二次买房需交15%的税吗？

Resales homes are exempted from GST (with restrictions), however you will need to pay Land Transfer Tax if you are buying a resale home.

I don't believe so, but you must pay GST on new homes, but you'll get 3.7% (someone please correct me if this is wrong) GST rebate back. However the rebate should already be deducted from your new home price.
