About "Fixed Gas Price"

Today one agent from "Ontario Energy Saving Corp" came to ask sign a contract that with 29.5 cents per m3 for 5 years. I checked my Enbridge price it's only 23.3947 cents per m3. But he said that the price would increase lots in the near future.
HAs anyone signed this contract before? Will the price increased so much?
