To answer your 3rd question, it costs about 3000 to upgrade the spindles and handrail, from Minto of course.

Right now, Minto's new house for this model in Havenlea is 200,900.
However, the left lots are on the bus route. So I have to look for the resale houses.

I feel the asked price is a little bit high, even adding the upgrades. However, this is only my feeling, has no idea roughly
how much will it cost for the listed upgrades by the original owner.

Help please! Please share your comments, IS THIS PRICE REASONABLE?
Also, normally, how much discount the buyer can get when buying MLS
listed houses?

Fence主要还是人工贵。材料的话，大概 $1500 左右能拿下来。如果请人做，人工可能还得再加 $3000 左右。
不过一般 Fence 都是与邻居 share 的，总cost可以是上述的一半。
