渥太华很少（至少没有见到市场上）有中国人做这个的。
毕竟干这一行需要很多很广的知识，外行人想入行挑战还是非常大的。

I can only see the people who are working on that. You maight get the idea by asking the college on how many people registering in the program every year.
The point from the above level is important. You maight have a hard time during the start time of this kind of business. If you take it as your second job or your family has enough income source during your startup period, it will help you success in your business. How to run business is another lesson. The business will grow with the time.
