窗户下面的墙被雨淋过了,现在有一圈黄印,有谁知道怎末去掉吗? 因为是在LIVINGROOM, 要是的从新粉刷的话工程就大了.谢了先.

That's horrible, your wall is probably damaged and the insulation is soaked. That might be a serious construction problem. I am worry the inspector won't pass your house to the buyer.

If your wall and the insulation is really damaged, you have to pull down that wall, change all the wet insulation and put on a new wall. However, if you pull down that wall, you will disturb the window.... this is going to cost you some money. You probably need to hire experienced people to fix it.

Not only that, reason why the water can get in is probably also because the exterior of that wall has leakage, or maybe the window is not installed properly, so there is gap for water to flow in.

It's difficult to judge without actually seeing it. You better call a company to send someone to take a look. I hope it's not that serious.

结果出来了--供以后遇到类似情况的人参考.

今天早上起床后的第一件是就是拨通了BUILDER的电话,因为我昨天被告知如果是CONSTRUCTION的问题我的麻烦就大了,所以心理难免挺焦急的.然而BUILDER的回答让我稍微松了口气,他说这种情况是因为冬天的时候窗户上有水气,渗漏了些下去,并非是从窗子外面近来的LEAKAGE,如果是的话,那个有水印的墙漏雨后应该是湿的,如果只是前者的话墙就是干的.但是我们仍然需要PAINT有水印的地方,BUILDER告诉了我们涂料的出处还有颜色,我今天已经买了会来,20多块一桶,又化了50块准备请人涂上,整个问题就算是解决了,谢谢BUBBLELOVE的帮助.
