地板，地毯，门，一般是basic upgrade
剩下就是什么厨房啦。。。。瓷砖啦。。。

问过了builder,如果要是把大约350平方feet的厨房的地变成ceramic,大概要4千刀!!! 是不是太贵了?一般是这价吗?

自己现在的房子,买的时候,builder都给带了,当时都没care.

It's a reasonable price...upgrading to ceremic in lieu of vynl is the most expensive item for us..

For some builders, main floor hardwood floor is not standard, if you want to upgrade that, it will cost you more...

只是看中了minto的一个model,还没有定呢。
还没有什么概念呢，我就是想知道哪些是比需的，哪些是不必要的。

对了，对avalon和chapman mills两个区大家有什么评价吗？

when u upgrade the buider will make a lot money from you..
builders sucks..after you signed the contracts and it is very hard to change again..
