Laminate wood floor or hardwood, which is better? I found the laminate almost half price of the hardwood. Thanks!

Just visited homedepot. The staff there told us it is possible to do it by ourselves. He said it is easier than hardwood installation. Just want to know if anyone here have experience on it? Thanks!

Pretty easy, just like your kids playing with puzzles. You need a saw to di it though.

关于什么地板，和房屋的价值有关，三十几万的房子用laminate就显得有点掉价，起码这边的市场行情是这样。

In the basement, real hardwood is not recommended because of moisture.
