[问题] 怀疑下水管子漏水，怎么办？

怀疑下水管子漏水，地下室有一块地方总是湿的，黑管子上有时有水滴，有时又不明显。应找什末人来检修？会很贵吗?

are sure it is not because condemsation?
If only in the summer, maybe you need a dehumidifer.

Does the condensation happen in November and December? Or only happen in summer ?

Is it possible that condensation make the ceiling (not original floor, just a new finished piece) of a finished basement wet ?

管道一般问提大多是在转弯接口的地方. 建议把管子擦干,在接口的地方裹一层餐纸,放水试试,看看什么地方漏. Home Depot should have some kit you can use to fix.
