洗衣机震动太大，请问怎末解决？

我的洗衣机装在main floor,地板是木的。当高速spin的时候，震动很大，还移位。地板和机器已经水平过了，可是还震动. 没有负载时，没有震动。请问有什莫办法能解决？谢谢！

没有负载时，没有震动.This shows the machine is balanced. I thought about it few time, just don't know why. I think you still can try few things before call a professional.
1) put only few small clothes in to see it still happens. If works fine. You put too much cloth in last time. I believe you may already try this. This could not be the reason.
2) If yours is a top loader, open the back. There may be a rubber belt link the motor and wash tank. If it is loose, the wash tank will works fine without load but the belt will slip under load. You may able to tight it by pull the motor position a little.
If yours is front loader, for most machines there is a concrete weight block under the machine to keep balance. You can check it to see if it is secured.

问题已经解决。原因出在没有拆卸掉四个运输固定轴。说明书上写的"Keep Conserver", 我以为是要留在机器上。其实是要拆卸下后保留好。如要再次运输，就再装上。

因为洗衣桶和配重是用弹簧悬挂在机壳上来减震的，很象汽车的悬挂系统，运输时如不固定，可能导致晃动过度的配重(桶)把机壳砸坏，所以要固定。洗衣时是如不取下，相当于没有减震系统。就象没有悬挂的车在不平路上开车一样。

There are four big screws on the back board of washer machine. Those are fixure screws.
