有没有人愿意讲讲对买condo的意见？

对于两个人来说，未来几年不会要孩子的话，买condo这主意怎么样？两房一den的单位不知道在渥太华在什么价位上？当然放弃的享受很多，比如没有后院前院，楼上楼下，管理费高等等。可是condo省去了很多house owner要干的活儿，也不错啊。最近几年好像condo涨价幅度比house大，这可能是个不利因素吧？

condo 要交很多管理费还不如town house 以后卖出去也方便。

but 20 more project is under construction, so in the near future, it's difficult to say it is a seller market or buyer market

For me, I like freehold with big yard, I like DIY

这看你怎么看，Downtown 那些 apartment condo 的 condo fee 应包括了property tax. 你现在每月的property tax 背下来每月也有 300 多巴。

No. Tax is not included.but they will include water, sometime insurance.

Wow, This is a very luxurious one. Even given the good location, the price is still a bit too dear.
