请问有人买过非常经济的地毯自己装修地下室吗, 如有,请告知相应的商店,非常感谢!

People use more laminate floor these days. It is easy DIY and cheaper than carpet.
For carpet , DIY is not worth it. You don’t save too much.
End of rolls is cheap for carpet.

but the carpet make the basement feels warmer in winter, laminate floor looks nice and clean but cold, isn't it?

The point is, it has to be cheap cheap cheap, since the basement is mainly for kids to play (messy play)in winter, and colorful too.
