The color of water just like rust.I can even see the rust-like dirt in the bottom of the bath tub after I fill the hot water in for a while. It doesn't smell. The cold water seems ok. What could be the problem? Hot water tank? Can I fix it by myself or I need to hire people to fix the problem.

你的Hot Water Tank下面应当有一个排尽口，你可以用个管子接到这个排净口上，再引至下水。关闭热水器的进水口，打开水池的热水出口，再打开热水器的排尽口，把热水器里面的水尽量排净，到最后时，你会发现水相当污浊。
排净后，你可以打开冷水进口，反复冲洗热水器底部数次，应当会有所改观。

We had the same problem a year ago. Our hot water was in light brown. It was lasting for a year then it leaked one day because of the rust (both inside and outside).

A technician from Direct Energy came and finally they replaced our old water heater by a new one.

Since the rust is not good for health, my advice is to rinse all food and cookware with cold water after using hot water. That's what I did before, and now.
