I saw a 3 yrs semi-detached house with 2 bathrooms (1x4pc, 1x2pc). Most new house are 3 bathrooms.
From your usage, do you think 2 bathrooms worth to buy? What is the major disadvantage?

When I search MLS, the filter I use is "3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms". I wouldn't find this house.

If yes, my buddy checked this one out, it is actually a 2-bedroom unit, but can be converted back to 3 easily, it costs you < $2000. With this price tag, it is better have an ensuite, huh, what do you think? Shopping for a house on the Boxing day? You must have your ego.

That is the reason of its attractive price.
Since most people like a master bedroom ensuit and at least two 4pc in a house. But A house should fit your own needs. If it fits you it is a good house.You may be able to add a shower in 2pc, this will make it more attractive.

Isn't it a bit rush to label a person 'ego' based on such limited information, huh? Yes, I accepted an agent's arrangement to visit the house on boxing day. For this arrangement, my comment to my agent and the house owner is: they work hard and have stronger desire to sell the house. Do you prefer saying it this way?
