请问Claridge房子怎么样

看中一个Claridge房型,但不知同Minto的房子比,它们是各有千秋,还是相差悬殊,希望多提供宝贵意见.

If you have the time and experience to monitor the construction, it is not that bad. The foreman (i.e., the supervisor on site) is willing to accommodate your needs most of the time if you know how to approach him.

The after-closing service is extemely poor. It is realy a challenge to one's patience to get a service.

不好啊收了钱就不再管你了俺同事和他们搞了一年每天打电话去连个人都找不到搞到他escalate 到VP 那里都没很好解决。

当然我是听说自己没有亲身经历哈

If you have brounght a new house in ottawa, you will know all boulders are same. Compare the price and design, I think they are fine. I brought one from Claridge, there are some small problems. They are still working on it. For me if a few phone call could save me $$$$s, I will do it.
